NEW Personalized Chocolate Molds

Personalized Mint and Monogram Chocolate Molds are a great way celebrate any occasion. Each order contains the following:

- 3 chocolate molds (4 cavities per candy mold) of one shape only. Additional chocolate molds are available for extra charge.

- Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

- Any variations from the standard designs will be considered custom chocolate molds and will require extra charges.

- Recessed Block or Script Letters / Numbers only.

- Please send an email to kristin@customchocolateshop.com once your order is placed to specify the following:

1. Number of extra molds, if any

2. Names or initials (depending on which candy mold was selected)

4. Your name and order # (can be found on your order confirmation email)
